posted by: wmhatt @ Fri Mar 24, 2017 5:36 pm
I am a single middle age women who has been divorced for almost 2 years. I got the house in the divorce, because my ex had filed bankruptcy a few years before we divorced. He let go many of the maintenance of the house and many things need fixing. (long story made short) Moving would give me a higher payment and I would have less than what I have now.

I have some money set aside ($6,000)but I am wondering if I should pay off my debt, credit card, bank loan, life insurance loan, daughters student loan, and some small medical bills all comi...

How do I remove unnatural links?
posted by: danielnash @ Fri Mar 24, 2017 1:01 pm
I worked too much to make dofollow links, after sometime I found my site's ranking is being dropped. Now I want to remove these unnatural links. I used disavow tool to remove these bad links but I think disavow tool does not work.

Suggest me other way to do this job effectively that works but except contact to website owner or webmaster.

What are your picks for the best auto loan companies?
posted by: Peppermint0406 @ Thu Mar 23, 2017 12:03 am
I'm planning on buying a car and i want to find the best car loan rates. I am not sitting on a nice pile of cash, that's why for me the best auto loans are the ones with the lowest rates. I want to compare interest rates from outside sources (banks, credit unions, online auto-loan companies) and get pre-approved for the best loan I can find before I head to the dealer. What are your picks for the best auto loan companies?

Query related to autoloan
posted by: vincentb @ Tue Mar 21, 2017 8:44 am
I decided to buy a new car. I need to get a loan for it. I guess the interest rate will be different with different money lenders. Recently I read a blog regarding interest rate of car loans (https://www.autoloansolutions.ca/blog/what-will-your-car-loan-interest-rate-be-it-depends/). It describes the factors involved in deciding the interest rates. I read that credit score is an important element for this. What will be the good credit score to get the loan approved? What happens if our credit score is less? I hope somebody here can answer my qu...

MyVanilla Prepaid Visa Card Problem
posted by: Nate37 @ Tue Mar 21, 2017 7:19 am
Hey all,

So a couple weeks ago I bought a MyVanilla Prepaid Visa Card. However, I did not read the fine print, etc. about setting up the card, and to activate it I need to provide a social security number. I do not feel comfortable doing so.

$30 is currently sitting on the card, and I was not sure what to do.

I have been looking online for ways to refund this (unactivated) card but nothing will work for me.

The only thing I can think of though is having someone take the card for themselves, in exchange for a gift card (likely and pr...

Income from Interest Investment Account

While earning extra money comes in various forms and can be increased greatly with education, skills, and experience, interest from leveraging idle cash should not be neglected.

Did you know that your money can can actually lose value sitting in cash due to inflation?

Consider a conservative to moderate allocation in a low-cost, non-retirement Individual account so you have some cash flow from interest in addition to your other efforts or investments.

Key Investing Tips
posted by: CredoWealthManagement @ Mon Mar 20, 2017 10:31 pm
While there are a lot of "tips" and even opinions or preferences offered, most successful investors and advisors should agree with the following key elements for most investors:

-Select diversified funds (e.g. ETFs)
-Keep expense ratios low (cost of funds)
-Choose an appropriate fund allocation (e.g. stocks types, bond duration)
-Set up auto-deposits (dollar cost averaging can equal less expensive investing)
-Leverage technology (e.g. tax loss harvesting, automatic rebalancing)
-Focus on long-term investing (avoid short-term withdrawals...

Market History is Our Friend but Time is Our Enemy
posted by: CredoWealthManagement @ Mon Mar 20, 2017 10:10 pm
As we evaluate our future planning for ourselve and our loved ones, there are a host of factors that affect our decisions. While some were affected by the market crash in 2008-2009, others rode it through and others may have missed an opportunity. How do you know what to do?

The answer may simply be a matter of perspective. If you look at 2008-2009 alone, it's scary. If you look at the market over its entire history, it's beautiful! Compare 5yr view to All at: https://www.google.com/finance?q=INDEXDJX%3A.DJI&ei=D1HQWLHFN4eejAHlwZq4Cw
