Real estate investing is best investing. There are many investing tips like Creative financing, Target Your Marketing, Specialize in something you Know, Confirm Utility Costs Assess the tax situation Be careful, Consult Your Accountant and so on.

Following are the tips for real estate agent success :
- The agent should be caring for the customer.
- And the agent should have the legal license to run this business smoothly.
- The broking percent should be fair.
- And the give knowledge to customers about the new and the beneficial estates.

The main thing that how you utilize your time effectively. Don't stuck for only one activity. You have to find new customer while servicing current customer.

True.It would really take a lot of experience and years to be a successful one.I've known many Real State folks,but most of them disappeared in the Industry,thus the people who remained are the experts in the field like Ed Butowsky.

First and Foremost YOU are a business. Real estate agents work for a broker, but are independent, commissioned sales people. This means that you are a small business and must run your practice as a business. Again, remember you are a small business owner.
Embrace a Planning Attitude. If you don't have a plan, then you are on some else's plan - usually the successful real estate agent's. During the last 10 years, what I have learned as a performance improvement consultant or coach is that most people place more value in planning a trip to the grocery store or a vacation than planning their lives either professionally or personally.

As per my point of view, I think a real estate agent really do need contacts in his social environment to influence people to involve the selling and purchasing real estate and do rental business which is appropriated for the time being.

Real Estate Business is all about keeping yourself updated with the latest market conditions, the rules and regulations and the legal procedure of renting, leasing or mortgaging or even transferring of possession to the respective client along with the sharp marketing skills and communication skills, also puntuality and time management part come in the frame with the successful Real Estate Agents, so for becoming successful you require all this skills and qualities and also experience in working with some professional agent practicing for years in the field to learn and gather expertise and control over this skills, it is not easy to get through it and this is the reason of much drop out ratio for the Real Estate Agents.
