Successful freelancing also depends on your expertise livehelp. If you have skills and experience that are in demand, you'll be able to find freelance work.
As a picky side note, I'd avoid typing in all caps when you apply for work. You don't want people to think you are yelling at them.

I don't like odesk since i have to bid and wait for being accepted. Fiverr seems to be better for me (but the $4 income is not really attractive for even a micro job). Anyway, I will recommend Fiverr, but not Odesk.
