By the way I think Citi got the check. I called them today after not hearing from Tina who promised to call me after I gave her the tracking number to hear that they received my 10k cashier's check. The funny part was that when I call Citi they are still idiots and tell me that my check cleared on the 16th of May and that their not sure what I mean by a check being sent by FedEx for 10k. So now I tell them to scroll down in their notes on the page and that the correct information is entered there and each person I speak to goes "Oh, sorry, I should have read the notes." LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are just to funny, so my letter of payment in full should be in the mail soon and then I can finally have a burning of all my Citimortgage t-shirts around the campfire. [/b]

Yes, just bring your Wells Fargo's, BOA's and other name brands...

The worst thing that can happen to a company occurs when employees conclude that they no longer can trust their management team. When that happens, watch out. Your company is in real trouble. Problem is most companies that develop this kind of stigma are either too ignorant to know it, or just plain don't care. Dysfunctional and inept management is the reason for organizational failure both in the private sector and in government. It's time for both stockholders and taxpayers to demand change.
