i am not sure the op is still here, but the idea of putting a longevity annuity into a roth ira may not bad. you simply get all your payments tax free. interest rates are low so you may want to consider the timing. also, inflation should be hedged - if you can find a fully inflation protected one that would be best. then you need to diversify insurance companies and consider other strategies to reduce credit risk. you might want to check out this site for pricing - http://www.incomesolutions.com/
Plenty of sites can offer you a free annuity quote so as a conservative investor myself, I'm sure you wouldn't mind searching around for the best option. There are plenty of annuity calculators out there so you get the most out of your money.

I think you are too young for retirement annuities and current rates are not that great. I would wait to invest as you will get more monthly income at older ages if you wait.
