Hello and good day,
Ive got few questions, if you will. I know that factoring typically involves the selling of company accounts receivable, but is it still "factoring" when a service company such a home alarm business or technical college writes a 36 month finance contract for clients and then sells them to investors? Just wondering what terminology or language best describes such situations (selling such contracts to investors)?
Another question, if you will, is that I'm wondering what language or terminology best describes a car dealer shopping your credit around for the best deal.
