I work for an ESOP company that normally distributes allocations in June for the previous calendar year (so in June 2015 for Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2014).
Assuming I meet all the requirements to receive an allocation in 2014, and the company does indeed make an allocation, would I still receive my allocation if leave employment after Jan 1 2015 but before June 2015?

That is a question for HR, but in most cases, the answer is, "No." Usually, you must be employed by the company at the time of the distribution to get your share.
