| Do you use a mortgage calculator? |

I just wanted to know how many of you use a mortgage payment calculator. I have been one ( http://www.northwoodmortgage.com/mortgage-calculators/payment-calculator/ ) and let me tell you it makes our job so easy. But I found that not many people use these calculators and I can't find a reason why. So tell me, how many of you use or had used these calculators? How was your experience? Will you use them again, if needed?

I think most buyers/sellers of houses use them - and all real estate people. Back in the 1970's we had little blue pocket-sized books that charted the amortization tables - and then we added up the numbers. When the online tables became available, in the 1990's, most folks started using them.

The use of Mortgage Calculator is to find out your monthly mortgage payments including the repayment and interest payment.
