I will ask again: I need a mortgage broker that can offer 50% LTV (minimum) to UK based investors wanting to buy single family homes and duplexes in the Atlanta area. We've been offered some really good rental investments (on paper), but it only really makes sense if we can leverage the investment. Please get in touch if you are a broker and can offer this service.
