Is It Really Necessary For Me to Get an IT Support?
My cousin gave me some advice about consulting an IT support and services company to make my current business efficient. I have been managing my business for 10 years already. According to her, Parachute Techs and Bay Area IT Consulting can deliver IT services. However, as an event specialist, I have been very busy attending to the needs of our clients. I do not have enough time in analyzing my business future needs. Is it really necessary for me to get an IT support? What do you think?

Your cousin is probably implying for you to have a website of your own since all companies that you've mentioned can do that. Our website was developed by Parachute and so far we have no complains. Their after sales support is also efficient.

Sorry for the late response, I appreciate you being so helpful. With a busy schedule, I can hardly find time to go online, I can't even remember which site I went to and asked for help lol
I have not yet approached an IT consulting company but the way you described Parachute, it sounds promising. I may decide to build a site by late March. As of now, I'm still utilizing facebook and instagram to market my business and reach existing clients.
Aside from the website and the after sales support, what other IT services did they provide you with? TIA
