This is the first time I am trying to get a mortgage to buy a villa in Toronto.I am searching for a suitable property now. I have heard of pre-approved mortgages to buy such properties. What is the procedure to apply for it? Will there be any differences in down payment and interest rates when comparing with normal mortgages? Please help me with your replies
