Nothing is 100% safe, sorry to tell you, but with the advanced hackers worldwide, no one is 100% safe. I could probably access your account information in less than an hour on hackers internet site, so never should anyone feel 100% safe.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Paypal. As far as I am concerned, there fraud protection policies have been more than satisfactory. I wish more online businesses utilized Paypal, because one has to give very little personal information to online businesses when purchasing with Paypal. I prefer using Paypal over giving out credit card information online.

Apparently, Yes! I use Paypal for about 5 years already and I have not encountered any issues with it. Besides, the company has added some security measures for the safety of everyone.
