| Actual 401k fee, NOT the expense of mutual funds in it??? |

Dear all,
Wondering if anyone knows if there is a fee JUST TO USE THE 401K service? I have invested in a few mutual funds from my 401k. All of those mutual funds have expense ratios (fees). Besides these individual mutual fund fees, are there any fee that the actual 401k Institution (In my case Prudential) charges me just for using the service from them?
Where can I find how much fee they charge?
