I'm helping my dad who works as an executive chef and co-owner too of an asian cuisine restaurant. We're busy doing the documentations of standardized recipes, food costing and other F&B procedures. I know this will be a long process and I want to suggest something that could make it easier for all of us. I also want to check on effective ways to ensure that the procedures we're imposting are being observed and adhered by the staff. So...I need some recommendations if we have some restaurant operators here or anyone who's working in a hotel. If you can share with us your current process, will surely appreciate. Thanks.

I think you should have a system like food service management, food safety and guest management

Thanks for the reply. If I may ask, have you personally use these tools? Any recommendation for a possible provider?
Anyway, there are really a lot of tools to consider but our main focus is on food safety. We have started to read some blogs on food safety risk management as well as other resources.We think that through this, we may be able to get a grasp of the processes and tools being used by others who run a similar business.
