When it comes to Stock trading, it’s not exactly straight forward as we have to get a lot of things right for it. The MOST important aspect in my view is to understand the concept clearly and also know that investment can be LOST. So, it is important to invest only if we can afford to lose, if we are not ready for that then we are not really going to go anywhere whatsoever.

I am not sure how this ever works! I believe you can’t go too far following others blindly, it’s vital that we focus our own range of work and trade through proper method instead of random following of others. Also, it is must not to get greedy thinking I can make money without even hard work, it never happens.

I have made investment in stock only to get scammed by Ztorish company, I believe it is not worthy to do online stock trading, it’s far better to do Forex where we have more chance and also it’s lesser risky when compared to Stock trading.

There many brokers under whom we could invest in Stock, but we need to be very careful with stock trading, as the requirement of investment is very high while risk is also double. I mainly focus on Forex trading and that’s through OctaFX who are highly reliable and trustworthy with been regulated by FCA and have excellent set of scheme from low spreads to lightning fast execution and even 50% deposit bonus is available to help out and keeps it all easy.

So, you want to invest in stocks? The rule that is first to invest in that which you know, nevertheless it’s actually not that facile. It’s not enough to simply understand the underlying business…you need certainly to determine what makes an excellent investment, well, a good investment. There exist different schools of thought here, and investing is part art and part science. You can easily predict and hypothesize just as much as you desire, but no one really knows exactly what’s likely to transpire. Some different styles of investing include:

Swing Trader

A swing trading position is held more than a day position that is trading but shorter than a buy and hold investment strategy which can be held for months or years. Typically, an asset that is tradable be held for days at any given time in order to profit from price changes or 'swings.’ Profits could be attained by either buying a secured asset or by short selling.

DECIDING WHAT TO INVEST IN

You realize you will be ready and willing to invest. Now it’s time for you to determine what. Make sure to:

Research ETFs

Discover the exchange-traded fund which tracks the performance associated with the industry and check their holdings out.

Choose Sectors

Select your stocks centered on specific criteria (sector, industry etc.) Use a screener to further sort companies by dividend yield, market cap, as well as other super useful metrics.

Stay Informed

Keep up-to-date. Read stock analysis articles. Read news that is financial. Stay critical.

Types of Investments

BONDS

Bonds, or fixed-income securities, are debt investments in which an investor loans money to an entity, with interest. The borrower borrows the funds for either a set or variable period of time.

MUTUAL FUNDS

Mutual funds are operated by money managers and may match the investor’s objective. These typically consist of a bunch of funds collected from many investors while the purpose would be to spend money on securities like stocks, bonds, etc.

SMALL-CAP STOCKS

Small-cap investors are the risk takers. These companies that are the small huge prospect of growth. However – because they're often under-recognized, more research is important. This calls for the investor to have additional time available to crunch that is properly.

LARGE-CAP STOCKS

Large-cap investors tend to be more conservative – these guys like to play it safe. These big-cap blue chip companies are as stable as they come with their steady dividend payouts

VERY CHEAP STOCKS

Penny stocks are a super risk that is high of these lack of liquidity. Beginners are often lured into these stocks for their crazy share price that is low. This enables investors to put up thousands of shares for a relatively tiny amount of invested capital. With a scale, that way, the gain of just a few cents per share can translate into major returns.

HOW TO BUY STOCK

Here you will find the necessary steps to buy stock:

Figure out your investment goals

Determine your risk tolerance

FINDING GOOD STOCKS TO PURCHASE

Within each stock sector, the ultimate goal is to find the stocks which can be showing the greatest price appreciation. During the in an identical way that one could pay attention to sectors, multiple time frames must also be examined to be sure the stock at issue is moving more than time. There are two things that are mainly kept close track of whenever choosing stocks:

Liquidity

It isn’t smart to buy a stock which has had very little volume. What if quick liquidation is necessary? Selling it at a fair price will be extremely difficult if you don't impossible. Unless you're a trader that is seasoned spend money on stocks that trade at the very least a couple of hundred thousand shares per day. Save your self a headache.

Price

Trade in stocks which are at the very least $5. Don’t shy away from a stock just because of its high price. Don’t buy a stock just because of its low cost.

INVESTMENT IDEAS

The desire to invest just like the Greats? Have a look at the strategies these big companies used to earn their names:

Warren Buffet

Warren Buffet is recognized as a value investor. Essentially, he selects stocks that are priced at a discount that is significant what he believes is their intrinsic value. When Buffett buys stocks, he buys them for keeps. This involves a lot of discipline: it is difficult to resist buying or selling as soon as the market seems perfectly ripe to act.

Buffet views the stock exchange as temperamental. He does not panic when stocks plummet or celebrate if they skyrocket. Instead, the Oracle of Omaha maintains the “keep calm and keep on” mantra, only buying stocks he intends to hold indefinitely, if not forever.

Peter Lynch

Lynch can be a value investor who stresses fundamental analysis. Lynch’s bottom-up approach involves concentrating on a company that is individual rather than the entire industry or even the market altogether. The idea the following is that what really matters is the quality and growth potential of a company that is specific whether or not the industry is underperforming or even in a tailspin.

Allow me to share 3 additional Lynch stresses when taking a look at a business from the bottom up:

Good research takes care of

Shut out market noise

Invest for any term that is long

Philip Fisher

Philip Fisher was an improvement investor. He consistently committed to well-managed, high-quality growth companies. He would hold on to those for the term that is long. His famous "fifteen points to look for in a stock that is common were divided up into two categories: management's qualities while the characteristics associated with the business itself.

When Fisher found an investment he liked, he wasn’t afraid to take an outsized position associated with stock within his portfolio. In reality, Fisher sometimes downplayed the value of diversification. He often found himself scouring the tech sector considering that the pace of c change there creates a host that is ripe for disruptive innovations.

stock market is great if you have enough capital. If you don't you can trade CFD and earn still good cash, thanks to leverage. But be careful with it. Leverage can destroy your account if not handled properly.

If you are a beginner of stock market then welcome and congratulation for this decision.
Firstly I want to tell you that, you should think about your financial goal, the reasons for investing, your timescale and how much money will you need to achieve this goal?
Short-term trading is a loser's game for most of the investors. Trying to buy or sell shares based on a quarterly earnings report or an economic data point is a game for trading platforms. So try to think about long term investment.
There is no perfect metric, professional and learner investors alike have their treasured measures of growth and value, from price-earnings ratios to dividend yields and profit margins. But there is no single number that divides good stocks from bad ones.
The stock market lets you track stock performance. Stocks are traded on "exchanges," which make up the overall market. While you'll want to analysis in with your individual investments, monitoring stock market activity can give you perception of how your portfolio might be performing.
