Personally, I prefer Namecheap as their customer service is top notch 24/7, easy to see why they are one of the largest domain name registrars and hosting providers.
And you guess right they are very financially friendly. Excellent user experience.

I don't think that it is really so easy to register such cheap domains like royal vegas c*sino or other slots, it can cost you the full worth
