Hi!
I want to apply outsourcing solutions to my business, namely customer care. There are a lot of variants of call centers, but I've chosen this outsourcing call center . I'll be very grateful for any information regarding your experience in working will call centers.

I personally never used outsourcing before, but I gonna try it. Which is more reliable country to outsource to? India, Ukraine or Belarus?
