Eating foods rich in trans fats increases the amount of harmful LDL cholesterol in the bloodstream and reduces the amount of beneficial HDL cholesterol. Even small amounts of trans fats can harm health: for every 2% of calories from trans fat consumed daily, the risk of heart disease rises by 23%.

It is bad but not as bad as you might think at all. I mean, there are some negative factors that affect your health much more, stress is a good example. I have some men's health related problems because of stress. At least I know about texas chemist online so that's not a big deal...

Yeah, health is the only thing we have. I try to keep my health and to use cheap cialis online from canadian pharmacy and to follow all guidelines. It's very important to keep the health strong.

Excess weight is unhealthy, definitely. I think that a person who is overweight should do something about it and not be lazy. My wife suffered from overweight. Surplus fat is not healthy at all, in this sense I support the widespread opinion about harmful impact in health of extra weight. As for the osteochondrosis pains mentioned here I could say that medical marijuana super effective, you can always check multiple reviews only proving this fact.

If you are in young age, then it is good, if you are in elder age like 35+ then it is very bad for your body.

Yes, of cource...It is bad and humful for health. There are many ways get rid of excess weight. I think that all people who have problems with this should pay attention to it and do their own health. My mother had problems with overweight. She was slimmer before, but with age her metabolism became worse and overweight appeared in her. However, everything changed after she had undergone hormone therapy. You can read more information about this on official website of the clinic where she do it. It really helps her to feel younger and get rid of excess weight.

Cut out meat consumption as they are high in saturated fats, hormones and antibiotics. Cut out sodas (even diet ones), sugary drinks (like Gatorade, etc), sweet stuff, etc. Eat out very sparingly. Do not munch between meals. Exercise is 20–30% of the solution. Exercise 5 days a week for at least 45 mins, heavy on cardio like jogging, swimming, skip rope, etc. Exercise first thing in the morning as it will keep your metabolism high. Get good sleep and reduce stress in your life by meditation etc
