The withholding tables are now at the 2018 rate, ie the post-Trump Tax Chart. Yes, interesting that it came out to the penny, I don't know why.
But you can adjust it up or down to the amount that you desire, fill out a new W4 at your HR Office at Work. I normally adjust it to avoid a refund, I like to owe a small amount in April. Others like to over-pay during the year so that they get some of their money refunded in April.
