I wouldn't take a loan or a mortgage from unknown bank, I'd check reviews from different people and on different sources first. For example, I used services of clear path lending only after deep investigation.

A mortgage prepayment penalty, also called an early payoff penalty, is the fee that's charged if you pay off your principal balance early. It's typically equal to a certain percentage of the overall unpaid principal balance at the time of the payoff.Paying off your mortgage early is a good way to free up monthly cashflow and pay less in interest. But you'll lose your mortgage interest tax deduction, and you'd probably earn more by investing instead. Before making your decision, consider how you would use the extra money each month.
