The article ends with creditors using a search & seizure tool
that I had never heard of, using a Skip Tracer (private investigator).
I'd imagine that this would entail hiring investigator to comb
through public, private, and govt records and to locate a
debtor's friends and enemies.

The scary part is if they made a mistake and ended up with the wrong person's bank.
