The absolute easiest way to show employees that you recognize their contributions? Saying thank you. A simple thank you from a boss or a coworker means a lot to employees, and it can go a long way in making them feel appreciated and motivated. Supervisors can leave handwritten thank-you notes on employees’ desk, or they can say it in person with a handshake or a pat on the back. These simple gestures let employees know they’re appreciated on a daily basis for their hard work.

There are no lazy employees. there are unmotivated workers. My company cannot afford high salaries. but I try to give paid weekends. I offer remote work, the ability to choose the project on which you want to work.
