What are some other ways besides money to motivate employees? What tactics do you use?

The absolute easiest way to show employees that you recognize their contributions? Saying thank you. A simple thank you from a boss or a coworker means a lot to employees, and it can go a long way in making them feel appreciated and motivated. Supervisors can leave handwritten thank-you notes on employees’ desk, or they can say it in person with a handshake or a pat on the back. These simple gestures let employees know they’re appreciated on a daily basis for their hard work.

I agree with Quri. Making someone feel like they are valuable and part of the team can go a long way!

The most important thing any leader can do is to create a motivating atmosphere. I think Employee Recognition Program can motivate and inspire own employees the best way. Just find out more info about it here https://online-rewards.com/program/employee-recognition

Honestly, there are a lot of things that motivate people. In our company we did a special board where we follow and show the process of our project. It's very important when employers see how the work is going on and who is working better.

There are no lazy employees. there are unmotivated workers. My company cannot afford high salaries. but I try to give paid weekends. I offer remote work, the ability to choose the project on which you want to work.
