I recommend to add barbell exercises. This resistance training in general, is really the BEST way to build muscle and lose fat. Including resistance training (either with weights or simple plyometics with body weight) will increase the number of calories you can burn. I wonder why nobody had mentioned cbd yet, as for me, cannabidiol can't opress excessive appetite, it has contrary effect. People with anorexia and bulimia are being often prescribed cbd, I vaped cbd cartridges with special imini vaporizer precisely for this reason.
