Binary Option is the proven WORST way for trading, I rather go with Forex trading or even with latest trend which is Crypto Currency trading which is certainly the BEST option in recent times. If that’s something you wish to go with then always go with company having unrestricted cashouts facility, it is MUST and is only way you feel comfortable. Good luck.
My logic is very simple to test brokers on demo, as in past I have joined companies like Instaforex with similar tag lines and offers which robbed me of nearly 1k, so we need to be extremely careful and prepared joining any company.

My recommendation would be OctaFX broker who are proven with licensed by FCA and have won 21+ awards which shows their credibility. This guy said that he wants to trade binary options and you are giving him a list of forex brokers? There are not as many binary brokers as there used to be, since a lot of them converted to CFD trading. I think the best option for you is broker IQ Option . It is licensed, it offers unlimited demo and it has actually quite a good rep. You can give them a try, they have over 20 million trading accounts, so I don't think they are a scam.

Bro, haven't you heard that binary options are now being banned as it has been some of it are just gambling. I suggest you can try investing in forex trading, there are a lot of good opportunities in forex trading. What good about it as well is that you can try to invest in it but you can control how many will be at risk. If you want you can check this forex community I am into.
