Thanx a lot for your reply. I have already found the way out actually. The thing is that MathML Kit provides the native placement of MathML files without any extra conversions. So, I simply choose one of these products https://scand.com/products/mathml-kit/ by Scand and will proceed with my projects.

Are you sure you need to use this particular program? I know a lot of other visual content design and editing software that you can use for this file format and are more intuitive and easier to use than Adobe InDesign. For example, here https://www.movavi.com/ are free programs for this. You can read a more detailed description of their capabilities and how it can be used for your project. It seems to me that this program will be more convenient for beginners.
