First off let me say I just recently stumbled on to this site and I must say that there some good knowledge floating around here. First time posting but not the last. 
I recently became a full time real estate agent as well as doing development projects on the side and my expenses can get quite complex. So I need a good financial software program to track all of them and make my life easier.
I was wondering if any of you have had any good experiences with Quicken, MS Money, Quickbooks or any other similar programs? What can you suggest for someone in my situation?

I have used both Quicken and MS Money.
Currently use MSMoney.
Satisfied with it. (my version is 2003)
