Google Adwords - Helpful for article website.  Reply with quote

I want to use Google Adwords program for advertising my website.

Main income source of my website is Google Adsense Program.

I invest money for Google Adwords. Can I get good return from Google Adsense program?

Please solve my problem using your experience.

If your plan is to use AdWords to bring traffic to your site in the hopes
of converting that traffic into clicks on your AdSense ads, I wouldn't
recommend it. You'd have to have an incredible conversion rate just to
break even, much less make a profit.

Think about it. You'd be paying for every visitor to your site, but only a
small percentage of those visitors would be clicking on your ads. The
payout from AdSense clicks is just not enough. AdWords is better
suited to bringing traffic to a page that can generate much higher revenue,
such as products you sell on your own or as an affiliate.

Your conversion rate can be much lower too. You'll need A LOT of AdSense
clicks of 0.12, 0.45, 0.57, to equal just one affiliate commission of $23,
$47, or $60.

I'd try it on a very small scale. Maybe try just $100 in AdWords and see
how it works out. I'd be interested in seeing the results.

You must be careful with this marketing strategy. The first weakness that came to my mind is you must pay every click that visitor click to your site (Adwords) However, there are not such thing that 100% of your visitor will click on your ad(Adsense). So personally, I won't use this marketing strategy Smile

I wouldn't recommend. The risk involved is a little too high.

I know there are people who can do it but they really spend hours glueing themselves at the computer screen.

You are better off investing in articles, submit them to article directories and make money from the backlinks.
