Cramer doesn't start every show with that straight jacket joke. He just did it for his special event live audience show the other day. And in his straight-jacket padded-cell promo for that show, the gag was that all the stock market information in his head drove him to madness. But his affliction is now our great good fortune, as he unburdens himself of the information as a kind of talking cure.
