Hello All, I recently sold my company and trademarks to a company in Asia. I was American based. My question is how can I keep the most monies from the sale. I have never taken a profit from the business but it was sold for a sizeable profit. I am not trying to get around the tax issue or any other just trying to maximize what I have work so hard for for many years. Maybe with all the high IQs that frequent this site somebody might have some suggestions. Thanks
