Well it depends how long passed from the last payment. In the first year or 2 you will probably get all kind of letters that tells you that you didn't payed. Then phone calls and finally the company to which you own money or the state will sue you and you will have to go to the court and tell them why are you not paying and you can even get into jail. I think not paying taxes is really dangerous.
