I think that the main thing is to make sure they know their work is appreciated.

A story of a recruitment officer once shared a very interesting pattern among his "best" and lousy candidates. Both have dreams of being somebody someday. The dreams of the "lousy" candidates remained dreams while the dreams of the "best" candidates became realities. Why? The 'lousy" candidates simply abandoned their dreams when the going got tough while the "best" candidates pressed on. They persisted. They persevered. They BELIEVED their dreams could be achieved.
You just need more patience to sort out those "best" candidates who pressed on. Don't just limit to a few dreamers.

I used to think I could motivate my employees with rewards or pump them up with my energy, but in truth the thing that motivates people the most is $$ and upward mobility. Show them that they have a future....

Make sure that you are excited about the company. As the boss, your employees will pick up on that from you. Give your employees the tools they need to succeed, hold regular meetings, and maintain effective communication. Let your workers know in advance of any changes and do not let speculation and rumour take over. Keep everyone informed as required. Accept suggestions from your employees and take their ideas seriously, ensuring that you feedback on what they submitted.

we motivate our employee with giving gift, salary increment. also put the banners in office space so they people show it and try to achieve those goals.

Well, our sources of motivation for our employees are arrangement of parties, birthdays, trips, seminars, incentives, gifts, appraisals and lot more other things.

Hi If you advertise, will you get the motivated people?. I think this is not possible. I think we can get normal people, that people can be motivated often, and results will come. This is possible thing.

Teach them how to motivate themselves. You can't really motivate someone they have to do it from within.

well . yes your employees can be the key for your business . I found the best way to keep motivating them is by keep them happy . If they feel free and less pressure in your office then might they do perform well for your business .
