I am going to buy a car. However, I don't know which insurance company is good. Can anyone tell me some information about it, such as the name of the company or how much it costs?

I've been with American family insurance for over 20 years and they take very good care of me. In fact the local establishment is run by a buddy of mine from my highschool, so they all know my name and my families business.

There is no company that offers the best deal for every person. You have to get quotes from different companies online and see which companies can provide you with the best price: http://www.quotes-center.com/auto-insurance-calculator

I would get at least 4 quotes. If you own a home, make sure you check to see if you get a good discount by using the same company for your auto and homeowner's insurance.

I have used Progressive for years, and I am happy with them.

One of the best ways to get the best car insurance is to shop around to different car insurance companies to see who would be able to give you the best deal. Some car insurance companies have lower rates while some other companies offer specials like lower deductibles or safe driver discounts. Compare the different offerings from different car insurance companies to see who has the best car insurance plan for your financial situation.

I’ve been with The Hartford through AARP for many years now and though I look at other insurance companies every now and then, I haven’t found rates to match the ones I currently have. I recommend you get an auto insurance quote from them.

Car insurance is necessary if you plan to drive on public roads. Car insurance is a specific type of insurance which is used to protect you against theft or the costs incurred from an automobile accident.
It seems as though there are a million and one different insurance companies and policies to choose from, so the process of actually purchasing insurance can certainly be confusing. Especially for first-time buyers, it may cause you to become frazzled and frustrated. However, with a few important pointers in mind, you should have no problem finding the right auto insurance policy for your budget and your needs.
The first step is in considering the details. The basic deciding factors for what you pay for auto insurance include your age, driving experience, driving history, and the make and model of car you own. The younger you are, typically the more you will pay because of the less driving experience you have.

I would include such well known companies as Allstate and State Farm when conducting your search.

You can't transfer a policy from a previous owner. You need to get your own policy. If you already have a policy on another vehicle, you generally have 14 to 30 days to notify your insurance company of the purchase. Reference: http://www.insure.com/car-insurancefaq/new-car.html
