The best way to buy a property is through setting up a company where you as foreigner will at least have 40% control.There are a couple of guys that I know that may be able to help if that's the route you want to take.Maybe they can steer you in the right direction.

In today's economy,real estate is about the only investment that will give you a good return for your investment.But you still must be careful,because you can still loose your money if you don't invest wisely.That means you have to do your due diligence.But what if you could generate a 14% return on your investment without lifting a finger or dealing with tenants and getting paid monthly.That's what i call hassle free investing.Go see for yourself

Basically it´s not hard. You have to start with a good capital, significant location for your business activities, self-confident, business enthusiasm and some relevant conctacts. Good luck!

Real estate business is a very dangerous thing. It is not that simple, that you sell you buy. imperative that those who want to start, because in this industry knowledge and learning and doing research is power. At least you need to know how to work on the basics of real estate companies.

You got into Real Estate investing to get out of your J.O.B. because you were tired of working for an S.O.B. Maybe you saw one of those late night infomercials and decided to take a leap of faith. You realized Real Estate was your way out. You found there are more millionaires made through Real Estate than anything else.
