I'm in the process of refinancing a 5 unit apartment building for a lower interest rate. I have other property that could be leased for commercial use and would bring in additional income. I would need to spend $10,000
to get it ready. I'm retired and totally disabled. The refinancing will lower my payment $400.00 monthly even with the development money included.
Is there any reason I shouldn't do this?

Developing your property into rental business is very profitable if its location in the commercial area of the city.Or if it situated in well populated then it will also generate quite healthy revenue for you.

In today's time we can see the price of the property increase day by day. it is very beneficial for the landlord to give a home as a rent to get a higher amount of rent. if the property is in well known area or in city side the value of the property is very high as well the rent income is also high.

It sounds like a great scenario, especially by lowering your payment and still being able to use money for redevelopment.
If you can improve real estate and at the same time save money, it is definitely a win-win situation. Go for it.

Property Development, is a multi-faceted, encompassing activities that range from renovation.Investment properties that are leased have an income and they also have large investments expenses.Your will be limited by the fact that you intend to actively manage property.

Real estate development is a good. You get the benefit when you give real estate on rental. Now a days real esate prices going one increasing.
