For some people debt consolidation can be a the best way to deal with debts. However it depends on your level of debt, income and current repayments, but lower monthly repayments are often possible.
Debt consolidation might not however be helpful if you have debts over £12,000 and are struggling to make repayments, in that case and IVA may be the best solution.

Debt consolidation loan is really great it allows to have a longer repayment period, it helps in managing financial issues. If multiple debts are causing headaches then consolidation loan is the best option.
