I define my success on how much work I do compared to the return on time/investment. Many people try hard on things that are meaningless and some people do a little bit of quality advertising or they have a lot of that green stuff that they are willing to spend. My success is not based on my well being because combining your business and life emotions can bring a negative impact and leave you more in distress when things aren't going as well.

The process refers to the business plan, but success refers to target achievement. If we talk about success, target is our main focus. We can achieve it by make a plan (short term/ long term), act according to the plan, make activity plan and review our daily result. But those are only some point, another part in every business are it must to have high spirit/motivation, willing to learn, improve weakness and keep consistent.
