I believe my choice is right because as I can see it, almost all of you posters have the same choice as mine. House is better than condos, and I think it is the wisest of all.

The house is definitely a better choice. Since the real estate is still on its appreciation despite the present economic slump, you will stll have the lot for yourself as your ownership.

Apartment and house both are best but the thing is which is best for your need. According to me buying house is better hen buying an apartment. Apartment is never your but you can own a house easily.

I think apartment is best for a small family .
It has less expenditures compare to house.

I think its high time to buy a house today.Economy is down houses are cheap...Its a nice investment once the economy is bask and people can buy new houses then you can sell yours at the right price.Jackpot Boom!

A landlord can show an apartment several times in a day and if you are positive that you like the place there is no harm in asking a duplicate of the lease as soon as you have the funds to put it.

House is the best to invest in rather then going for apartments as buying or constructing house is what we own and invest our money in it and also, we can sell it at the time of good economic conditions.

Most of the people like to stay in apartment.
And resale value of the apartment is more than house.
So apartment is good for you.

Apartment would be more beneficial it would easy to sell the apartment at higher prices because it would be on commercial area and business rate and prices increases more quicker in commercial areas which are in the markets.
