I'm planning to go out of the country, but i have a credit card problem which is im not paying for it for like 2 years,would the credit card compay would hold me? or would they file legal case against me because of my credit card and wouldn't able to go out of the country?was this happening due to credit card problems?

Normally, credit card companies just hire collection agencies. If for some reason they broke the norm and took you to court they would win by a default judgment, since you probably will not return to appear in court. This just means they can go after your assets and / or wage garnishments. I'm not aware of any criminal violation by leaving the country with an unpaid credit debt.

Does the credit card company has file the case in court? If it has been file in to court the possibility to leave the country its so hard.
