What can a real estate agent and broker require you to sign in a real estate deal?

First they probably want the client to sign some type of agency representation disclosure, so their relationship with the client is clear, especially if there is a double agency scenario (representing both buyer and seller.)
After that, it depends what you are working for with the agent: if you are selling, a listing agreement would have to be signed, or if buying, a sale contract and the appropriate addenda.

The agent happened to tell the salesman agent we discovered some of these things on the property - the largest real estate broker is a term flooding.United States which describes a party which acts as an intermediary.

It really depends on which State. in NY there must be quite a few. From Agency Disclosure to Lead Paint Forms. All must be signed if the house is to be sold

New agents should not focus too much on the aspect divide the board into choosing a real estate agent broker.A real estate agent should also be able to present a house and sell the features it offers.
