What do you think that which exercises are best for fat peoples to lose their weight? According to me Swimming is best thing to lose weight very fast.

Running and biking are very effective. But also healthy living is required.

I believe that just getting out an bumping your heart rate to a certain level for at least 30 minutes a day is beneficial. A lot of it is nutritional choices though when you overwieght.

Cardio workouts works for those who want to lose some weight. Try either brisk walking as a start.

I think the best way to lose weight is have a balanced diet. The exercises are supplementary. Best exercises to lose weight quickly are cardio exercises and biking. Dance is also a great way to lose weight while having fun!

There isn't just one exercise that could be helpful in loosing weight, as there are many other things that play as a factor. You could start with cycling more often to start with 1 exercise!

I've also been doing yoga since I was in high school. Aside from playing badminton, swimming and biking.

Alternating high (muscle fatigue) and low (recovery/cardio) is pretty much were the science is at today. Doing something that will make you sore, along with cardio for about 40 minutes is the sweet spot. Look it up, don't take my word for it. Use Google Scholar or some other peer researched database, not some blog.
