To get hosted and domain name and website are easy but to get the traffic a decent one is hard.
85% of your time is pulling the traffic or swarm the trafffic to your site.

traffic swarming is a waste of time and possibly money as traffic is no good as 99% wont return...

I would agree with xbox.
You really have to be careful with these things too as you may be labeled a spammer and dropped by your hosting provider.
