There are not many reasons why internet connection may be low. Personally, I recommend applying to comcast customer service in order to figure out whether everything is okay. Also, try to reload Wi-Fi router, this is a simple but effective way. Sometimes I turn off the router for 10 minutes and it really helps.

You don't say what operating system you are running, so I am going to assume it's Windows 10.
Click the search bar in the bottom left of your browser and enter "Disk Cleanup"
Click all the boxes to delete the junk files and select "OK" at the bottom.
Now restart your computer and see if that doesn't help.
