Just wondering what people would think about an affiliate program where people earned as a team.
In example
A team of ten poeple advertise and get commission on sales at an online shop.
All there commission is paid into a pool.
At the end of the month everyone gets a cut.
Any thoughts?

I think you would end up with 20% of the people doing 100% of the work. What is to stop someone from joining just to ride on the coat tails of others?

u could implement a system with a mininum amount of sales.
maybe let a person manage each team so the team manager could decide which people he wants in his team.
