| Considering Quicken Loan, possibly a LIBOR based Adjustable? |

Does anybody have any experience with Quicken Loans? I was considering one of their interest only options that is based on the LIBOR rate. Maybe a 6 month LIBOR adjustable. Is this a bad idea? Is Quicken Loans reputable?
