I don't have to click any ad to get in but I get these stupid ads at the top in Vietnamese and Spanish. Wonder what the reasoning is there?

Sorry guys, I've been MIA. My work has been crazy at the U. I'm gonna talk with the admin guys and see why this ad is interfering. I had a troulbe with the Advertisement below the menu and that has gone away with pop ups blocked. I'll let you know what I find out. Where was this advertisement by the way?

It's gone now, whatever you did worked, thanks.
The HULK covered the entire screen, it popped up as soon as I logged on and continually jumped up again if I moved the mouse, tried to type a response, etc.
