Hello,
I have deep feeling this question is absurd , but I decided to try .
I have small Ira with Vanguard , the grow is rediculously small .
I can not get help in investing from the bank, vanuguard because I am out of US .
Does do exist the service , where you can put your account in somebody hands , I mean access to it , and the person , for fee would invest the money .
If yes how to find one and avoid risk of stealing .
If am a dreamer , never mind .
