Yes, obesity has a negative effect on health. You can have excess weight, but if you eat healthy food (just a lot) and lead a less active way of life, then the extra couple of pounds will not affect your health. But very often the excess weight goes with the wrong, unhealthy diet (fast food, a lot of sweet), a sedentary lifestyle, when you leave the house a couple of times a week. This is very harmful to health. I believe that every person should have morning exercises. Now there are many portals, for examplewhere you can choose a training program to your level and train at home. What could be simpler?
