I used to be quite religious about tracking portfolio performance, but not anymore. These days, I care far more about maintaining portfolio balance and keeping trading costs in check.

I would have to agree with coaster. Don't wait too long, though there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to selling properties. Just curious, how did you come up with the valuation?

The weird outcome is that joint and survivor pensions are bad deals if the retiree lives a long time, and a good deal if they die early.
