10 things to make you happy and one thing to be miserable  Reply with quote

Do you wonder what makes you happy or tick? It could be a lot of things beside money. I know somehow they are related to money. But when it comes to money and money related problems what to do? I know what happens when you face fund crisis and cant pay off your loans. I think they are the worse of kind to make you miserable when everything is going nicely.

The recession has taken the best out of us. It has made us broken and killed our faith. Everyone has their own problem but recession has made it common. But I can tell you this is not the end of everything. We can do something about it. There is always a way. All we need to do is keep an eye open and look for opportunities. They are around us. Whatever the situation is we shouldnt let one thing make us miserable.

I dont want to be miserable does anyone?

Really agree with you Watson. Many things can make life completely heaven but only one thing can make it like hell. What loan payment is doing now. Faults in making payment on schedule is doing all things, people are not also responsible for this its recession is what doing this things.

Would it be blaming the victim to say some enjoy their misfortune?

I could complain; but, it would just make the lessor off jealous.

'Today is a day the Lord has made therefore behappy and rejoice in it' '' insted of '' cuz I'm not sure if it is verbatum.

I could splurge on Chinese or Indian food. Or search for some cheap beef and make myself some good kidney beans to go along with it.

The down side of good food is it can make you fat. So perhaps I should just have some fiber suplements and coffee.

A lesson we should all take in this, is that you should work to get all your debts paid off including the mortgage so that when rough times do fall upon you, you will be better off.

There are many things that can make a person happy. Like family, friends, lovers, money and many more. But dept is the one that can make mostly every person sad. So that you won't think of it one solution is don't make any loans so that you wont problem it much.

Not quite. When a recession hits and jobs end, you will be far better prepared with $!00,000 in the Bank and a $100,000 mortgage than with $0 in the Bank and a paid-off mortgage.

Of course, it's called an emergency fund of 6 months.

Great post, and it just goes to show that you shouldnt always believe what others tell you nor what you see on the news. I think that to some extent the media is to blame for out current climate because they have talked us into recession. Crying or Very sad

Yes it's unfortunate the recession came and turned good times into bad times. Sometimes no matter how you try you can't prepare for the worst. So you just have to take a bad situation and try to make it better.
